Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits

All course deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Deposits are required to secure your place and cover administrative and resource allocation costs.

Course Fees & Cancellations

Any additional payments made toward the full course fee (beyond the deposit) are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the course start date. This is due to prior allocation of staff, materials, and resources.

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund of course fees paid excluding the deposit, at the academy’s discretion.

• Cancellations made 14 days or less before the start date, or after the course has commenced, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made.

Non-Attendance & Withdrawal

If a student:

• Fails to attend the course

• Withdraws after the course has started

• Drops out or does not complete the course for any reason

No refunds will be issued, including the deposit and any course fees already paid.

General

Refunds will not be provided due to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or failure to complete required coursework. By enrolling and paying any fees, students agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full.
