In-House Training at Meraki Academy

Take your nail skills to the next level with our hands-on Electric File, BIAB & Builder Base Advanced Course, delivered in-house at Meraki Academy.

This advanced course is designed for qualified nail technicians who want to develop their technical skills, improve their efficiency and confidently incorporate electric file and BIAB techniques into their services.

Entry Requirement:
Students must hold a recognised beginner-level nail qualification, with a minimum qualification in Gel Polish. This is an advanced course and is not suitable for complete beginners.

During this course, you will learn:

• How to safely prep the natural nail using an electric file without causing damage

• Correct techniques for removal techniques

• How to use a variety of professional e-file bits and attachments safely and effectively

• Advanced electric file techniques to improve precision and efficiency

• Time-saving techniques to help streamline your salon services

• BIAB application and overlay techniques

• How to select and work with BIAB and builder base products

• How to create strength and structure while maintaining a natural-looking finish

• Correct application, shaping and finishing techniques

• How to safely use the electric file throughout your BIAB and builder base services

Course Includes:

A professional Electric File Kit and biab kit, including:

• Professional-grade electric file

• Selection of professional e-file bits and attachments

• A selection of bases

Please note: The kit does not include a professional nail lamp or preparation tools. Students will need to bring or have access to a suitable professional lamp for the course.

Already have an electric file? No problem. You can choose to complete the course without the kit. Please contact us directly when booking to arrange this option.

Booking & Payment

A €50 deposit is required to secure your place.

Full payment must be received no later than 7 days before the course start date.

Once your deposit has been received, you will receive a registration email with full details about your course and payment options.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

Course fees are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the course start date or after the course has commenced.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the deposit, at the academy's discretion.

No refunds are provided for non-attendance, withdrawal, or failure to complete the course.
